For us, the draw of the cigar was never about the smoke or the flavor—it was about something far more profound. We discovered that a premium cigar allows barriers to fall between people, creating space for deeper connections that go far beyond the stick we were smoking.
We've seen firsthand how an intentional space can foster community and enjoyment. That's why we’ve built this lounge from the ground up: to be a place where people can truly connect. The cigar just happens to be the way we’re doing it.
Why Stories?
A good story is one of the most powerful tools used to connect with another person.
Over the years, we have seen some of the best stories told over cigars—stories that fade out differences and highlight what we share. New friendships are made, passions are shared, and encouragement is given. The impact storytelling has on the human connection is why we decided to name our store and lounge Stories.

Stories Cigars + Lounge is housed in the cultural arts district of Downtown Lufkin, TX, within a historic 100-year-old building. This setting provides the personality and character to embody the upscale, yet inviting, atmosphere we envisioned.
